Responsible for managing the application/system within defined standards, as well as optimizing the application/system to meet employee or market needs.Owning Foundational Research Capabilities: CMK is the voice of the consumer, making sure we solve her problems and deliver solutions she loves. You will own Family Care’s ongoing foundational consumer studies end-to-end, like our monthly consumer sentiment tracker, our quarterly habits & practice studies, and our quarterly brand health trackers, and will use these studies to help our brands identify where we’re meeting consumer needs and where we have opportunities to improve our brand health. Executing Research: CMK is all about learning from consumers, and you’ll help gather this learning. One week, you may set up a test to learn whether a new product or package delights shoppers. The next week you may analyze our household panel data to understand how consumers are shifting their purchase behavior across products over time. Don’t know how to do consumer research? Don’t worry. We’ll teach you! Budget Ownership: You will make sure Global Family Care spends our budget within 1% of allocation and the team follows all company processes and best practices. You’ll be the expert on all processes related to the CLP, Coupa, Aravo, and WebCC, and will help coach team members on every aspect of the budget process, seeking help from corporate experts when needed. You’ll also analyze the budget to help make sure our spending is consistent with strategy choices, to identify opportunities for savings, and to make sure all of our activities are complaint with company policies. Job Qualifications

Attention to Detail – Was that study $1,000? Or was it $10,000? The difference matters so that Family Care can use every penny to learn about our consumers. It’s important that we spend our money well.

Love of Learning – The way we do consumer research is always evolving. That’s great because you love to try new things. Whether it is a formal training, self-led learning, or simply building skills by talking with co-workers, you’re always looking to develop yourself further.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650 Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
