Description We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our senior level executives with administrative duties, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks and decision-making. You will help manage schedules, organize meetings, respond to emails, and assist in creating presentations and reports. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is capable of multi-tasking, and can handle confidential information with discretion.Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate logistics of executive team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, and other events.

Prepare, analyze, and revise reports and presentations for the executive leadership team.

Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.

Interact with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of executive tasks.

Manage, sort, and prioritize daily incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.).

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role.

Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency.

Outstanding organizational, time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Professional level verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
