NTT DATA Business Solutions Inc. seeks an Enterprise Architect to, using a broad understanding of SAP functionality and the cross-functional and technical integration aspects, collaborate with the NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and customer project resources to find the best holistic solution for the customer and project. Works closely with the project manager, engagement director and consultants to design and evaluate feasibility of proposed solutions in the context of project budget, risk and time line. Participates in functional Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of projects. Has first call credibility. Supports sales/presales team. Conducts discovery sessions. Supports proposal creation by defining and describing scope and assumptions. Designs solution roadmap together with the presales team. Generates follow up business through existing client relationships. Manages expectations with the project team and client. Has flexibility to support multiple parallel projects. Understands the importance of follow up and documentation of results. Acts as a trusted advisor to the project team (NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and customer). Supports project manager and engagement director in managing customer expectation. Has credibility towards the client based on business and SAP product knowledge and uses this credibility to advise client and provide guidance towards the best holistic project solution. Explains abstract and complex solutions in a way that the customer understands. Delivers difficult information at all organizational levels and determine appropriate courses of action. Reviews solutions that have been designed without Enterprise Architect-involvement at certain milestones of a project. Focuses on the critical functional/technical areas. Follows up on execution/adherence of proposed solution on a regular basis. Mitigates future risks by addressing them early on. Assesses and manages project escalation situations, leading proper resolutions in escalation situations. May work remotely.Requires up to 100% domestic or international travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. May work remotely.Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, or a related field of study plus nine (9) years of experience in the job offered or nine (9) years of experience in any SAP sales and distribution project implementation-related occupation in which the required experience was gained.Requires nine (9) years of SAP project implementation experience across multiple modules and industries. Requires experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP project implementations. Requires six (6) years of integration experience with other process areas. Requires six (6) years of leadership experience on SAP implementation/support projects. Requires at least six (6) years of S/4 Hana integration experience. Requires experience configuring multiple SAP modules. Requires experience across multiple industries. Requires up to 100% travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. May work remotely.
The annual base compensation range for this role will be $159,255 - $271,000.
