Job Details:
Process wire transfer instructions through the Wire Transfer System, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transactions
Monitor and manage wire transfers, ensuring compliance with Federal Reserve guidelines, OFAC regulations, and internal policies
Perform data entry for wire transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handle internal and external phone inquiries, provide customer service, and perform clerical duties, including scanning and preparing client correspondence
Participate in special projects such as system conversion, audits, and disaster recovery
Conduct account reconciliations and handle processing of foreign checks
