Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position at our Cincinnati, Ohio location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer internet leads and provide accurate responses. Efficiently manage customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and sales incentives. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence. Schedule appointments for the sales staff to facilitate effective customer service. Follow up with customers via calls and emails on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively reach out to any unsold customers to provide necessary information and facilitate their purchase decisions. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Manage both inbound and outbound calls to maintain a smooth flow of communication. Requirements Proficient in answering inbound calls, offering prompt and efficient assistance. Experience in call center customer service is a must. Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and speed. Capable of managing email correspondence professionally and effectively. Knowledge of handling both inbound and outbound calls. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create and manage spreadsheets. Skilled in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and editing documents. Experience in order entry, ensuring all orders are processed correctly. Ability to schedule appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely reminders.
