IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A FULL-TIME REMODELING PROJECT MANAGER WITH LOCAL HOME IMPROVEMENT LEADER Local Remodeling Leader for Over 33 Years Seeking a Residential Remodeling Project Manager / Measure Technician with Home Improvement, Home Maintenance, Carpentry, Remodeling, or related experience for a full-time role with benefits, including company vehicle!
This positionworks in the field performing Project Scope Reviews and obtaining measurements for new replacement window installations and bath remodels. This role acts as a liaison between sales and the customer, ensuring we can install what was sold from a construction standpoint, and taking accurate measurements to ensure error-free product and materials procurement.Essential Job Functions
Performing Replacement Window and Bath Remodel Project Scope Reviews to determine if what was sold can be installed.
Taking accurate replacement window measurements for new bath projects, as a backup to our Service Technicians.
Reviewing job-related paperwork, personally and with the customer.
Troubleshooting jobs with Sales and Dept Manager as needed to meet customer’s expectations and ensure an error-free project.
Taking clear project photos
Using devices such as an iPad and smartphone.
Using a variety of ladders and tools to perform Project Scope Reviews and measures.
Driving a Company vehicleto and from job sites.
Wearing Companyapparel and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor always.Required Skills:
General knowledge of window replacement, residential construction, and basic home improvement, home remodeling and home maintenance techniques
Ability to accurately take measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.
Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy)Qualifications/Education:
5+ years of provenconstruction experience in the residential remodeling industry with experience in window installations or similar exterior renovations
