CPA firm in need of experience Accountant/Bookkeeper with minimum of 3 years of experience. We look for a motivated, dependable, energetic and detailed oriented individual for this position.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll Tax Filings
- Account Reconciliation
- Financial Statements Preparation
- Handle all correspondence with IRA, State Taxes & Localities
Requirements for this position include:
- CPA/Bachelor's degree (preferred), OR Associates Degree with continuing education
- Minimum 3-5 years' accounting experience
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
- Sage (Peachtree) experience preferred
The position pays an average $14-$18/hour. There is an initial trail period which it starts at the low end of the offered rate. However, there is great potential for growth for the right candidate.
