Description We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist in the construction/contractor industry, located in Austintown, Ohio. This role offers a contract employment opportunity where the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities of skilled trades, custodial, and grounds workers. Additional duties include managing work orders, serving as the main point of contact for clients, and document service calls in multiple software systems.Responsibilities: Assisting in the day-to-day activity of the Service Division by coordinating and scheduling the activities of skilled trades, custodial, and grounds workers. Managing work orders and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Serving as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service. Utilizing various software systems such as CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, EXPRESS, Microsoft Excel, About Time, and others to document service calls and maintain client records. Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Using critical thinking skills to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction. Handling billing functions and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Developing and maintaining strong client relations to ensure repeat business. Continually improving processes and systems to enhance customer experience. Requirements Possess a basic understanding of CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, EXPRESS, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Billing Functions, Client Relations, Complaint Handling, Customer Satisfaction, and Critical Thinking. Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers. Strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. Capable of handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the construction/contractor industry, our competition, and where we fit in the marketplace. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Must be able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer's lifecycle. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Willingness to learn and use new technology. No prior years of experience required, entry-level applicants are welcome. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
