We are looking for residents of Pickaway, Hocking, Scioto, Pike, Fayette, Highland, Vinton and Jackson Counties to participate in an Online survey. A professional moderator will be asking you questions about healthcare facilities in the area (no sales and definitely no questions regarding medical conditions) this will take one hour and we will pay you $125 for your time, depending which county you live in the interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, 4/23, Wednesday, 4/24 or Thursday 4/25 in the evening.
