Hiring full time experienced maintenance technician for Multifamily apartment complex in Ashtabula Ohio. Must have valid DL and be able to pass background and Drug test. This person must also poses their own tools, with some exceptions. Must be able to climb stairs, do basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, drywall repairs, and some janitorial duties that include cleaning grounds, removing trash, General maint and repairs.
