Custom Tile Installer
must be willing to travel within an hour radius
Duties and Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Installation, start to finish
- Resolve (manage) all installation problems effectively.
- Communicate with the installation team as and when required to ensure smooth and professional outcomes.
- Ensuring that the installation and service process is documented.
Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including but not limited to:
- Carrying and moving materials when needed
- Operating hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- MUST have 2 years minimum experience as a tile setter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to assist with plumbing tasks
- Reliable transportation

Other Requirements:
· A valid driver’s license.
· Able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
· Sufficient mobility to perform job successfully.
· Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
· Must have own basic tools needed for job.
This is a 1099 position and will be required to fill out a W-9 . You will also need to carry your own general liability insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
