We're seeking to add additional people to our team, but not just any peoplewe're hoping to talk to good people. Please keep in mind that if for any reason you're not one of those good people, we don't want you to think we're mad at you. It's just that we've had an unfair share of not-good-people respond to our traditional ads, so we just want to level with you.
Ok, it's fair to say that responding to an ad like this means you've got to be curious about what the job entails, right? All I can tell you is that the average individual makes 50K-60K annually, with some others making more than that, depending on their experience and skill.
In order to employ good people, I realize I also need to be a good person too! So here's what I think it means to be "Good People". Consider that if you owned a business, wouldn't you want to hire someone like this:
1. A person who is honest
2. A person who shows up consistently for their work shift, and on time.
3. A person who doesn't make excuses for their poor performance, and also expects compensation for the good work they complete well.
4. A person who genuinely cares about others, including our co-workers, customer, and suppliers.
5. A person who vows to never stop learning and just gets better each day, week, month, and year.
6. A person who talented, and proves that he or she can use that talent to earn a generous/living wage.
