We are a High-End remodeling Firm and we are looking for a High End Kitchen and Bathroom Installer
This is a very stable, long term position. One you could retire from.
Responsibilities
Managing and installing beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.
Thinking ahead and planning to avoid potential issues.
Job planning to make sure daily materials needed are ordered in time to keep the job running smoothly.
Supervising the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with company standards.
Keeping a daily record of work hours.
Removing and replacing non-load bearing and load bearing walls.
Installing tile showers and floors.
Installing new fixtures and cabinets.
Painting and finishing walls and ceilings.
Conducting initial research about the job, reviewing the drawings, the Scope of Work, the design elements, and planning the construction materials required for the project on a daily basis.
Managing the project from start to finish, including coordinating with other employees and/or contractors if needed, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Communicating effectively with clients and management to keep them informed about project progress and address any concerns or modifications needed.
Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Skills required
Strong knowledge of construction best practices.
Ability to use and interpret schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Creative design skills to think of innovative and unique ways to best handle a given situation.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work well with clients, contractors, and other employees.
Strong problem solving skills.

We are based out of Canton, but only work within a 40-50 Mile radius

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
Finish carpentry: 3 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Work vehicle, (tuck/van) and tools (Required)
