This position is technically a handyman position, but in our handyman position, you are considered a home pro technician.
In order to fulfill this role, you must have experience in a property maintenance technician or residential construction role. You must be okay with being paid per job, must not have a criminal background outside of a misdemeanor, and this includes no prior drug offenses.
You must be able to pass a drug test.
You must be able to lift 50 lb or more without any issues and have your own transportation, preferably a truck, and must be willing to travel throughout the NE Ohio region. Note: we will mainly work in Akron OH and Cleveland OH.
This role pays per job with no benefits outside of lunch every Monday and Friday on the weeks that you work, so you must be okay with being paid per job
