We are a small security and locksmith company located in Kent Ohio. We've been in business for 26 years with a solid and expanding customer base. We need a new team member and we are searching for a serious career minded individual. We are open to entry level applicants as well as those with experience. We work primarily for commercial and industrial clients. Our work is technical and often challengingand we will provide you will the tools, training and support necessary to meet those challenges. The position will be part time through the training period; and full time once you're up to speed.
Applicants must be the following:
-Able to work 40 hours per week with OT as needed
-Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
-Be able to read, write and speak in English
-Have skills with basic hand tools
-Able to start work at 8am Monday through Friday in Kent Ohio
-Able to drive long distances and spend a night or two away from home when needed
-Able to drive a full size van
-Have a clean criminal record and submit to a full background check
-Have no significant substance abuse history
-Be able to manage your emotions as would be expected in any professional environment
-Be someone who carefully reads instructions and manuals
-Be open to continually developing organizational and planning skills

Your initial pay will be determined by what you bring to the table. We do provide paid vacation.
We pay hourly along with commission for emergency work and also provide year end bonuses based on company profit and employee performance.
We are not a strictly profit driven organization, however we are highly quality driven and to that end we strive to respect and support our technicians.
