The Bi-Lingual Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing multiple jobs from start to finish at the job sites as well as manage direct employees and local subcontractors in the field to insure all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Full job description
Duties:
- Oversee and manage residential & commercial construction projects from start to finish to include but not limited to:
-Estimating
-Inspecting
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential/commercial SFR Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
-Must be able to read, write, speak and understand both English and Spanish
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and with confidentiality
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Salary with bonus which can be negotiated based on experience.
