As the Residential Roofing Salesman, you will be responsible for building client relationships, and closing sales for residential roofing projects. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by effectively promoting our roofing services and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners.

Responsibilities:

1. Help to generate leads through networking, referrals, and any other lead generation methods.

2. Conduct initial consultations and assessments with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and preferences.

3. Educate homeowners about our roofing products, services, and solutions to address their specific requirements.

4. Prepare and present accurate and competitive roofing estimates and proposals to prospective clients.

5. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure new roofing contracts.

6. Coordinate with project managers and roofing crews to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

7. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process, providing updates and addressing any

concerns and questions.

8. Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous

improvement.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for

business growth.

Requirements:

Proven history of success in residential sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Knowledge of residential roofing products, materials, and installation techniques is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
