Commercial Sales includes all types of commercial roofing, especially flat roofs
Salary compensated on experience and sales ability.
Leads generated by companies as well
Our Sales reps regularly make between $75,000 - $125,000 annually
Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
Manage a daily schedule to optimize time.
Communicate with customers and other team members.
Identify current issues with roofing, gutters, and siding and provide solutions.
Measure the roof, gutters, and siding to determine square footage / additional help from our end
Provide and present detailed estimates for roofing, gutters, and siding.
Follow up with all prospects.
Ability to work in a high pace team atmosphere.
Self-motivated.
Manage multiple customers at a time
Honesty and integrity
Skills Required
Roofing and exterior home improvement sales experience a plus
Insurance claim experience – working with and understanding.
Basic computer skills
Able to use a smart phone (no kidding)
Clean driving record
High School diploma
College degree a plus
The ability to work as a team and on your own
