We are a local real estate investment company seeking a professional, calm, and reliable individual with security or law enforcement experience to assist with Cash for Keys negotiations and door knocks at occupied homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Visiting properties to speak with occupants in a respectful, non-confrontational manner
- Delivering official notices or initiating Cash for Keys conversations
- Helping facilitate peaceful transitions when occupants agree to vacate
- Providing basic reports or updates after each visit
Ideal candidate:
- Background in private security, military, law enforcement, or similar
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Calm demeanor when dealing with sensitive situations
- Reliable transportation and availability during business hours
Bonus if you have experience with tenant relations or evictions
Compensation:
- Paid per visit / per job
- Rate depends on distance and complexity – typically $50–$150 per visit
