I am looking to hire someone to manage my personally rental properties in Akron. Prior real estate experienced preferred but I am willing to train you on everything I would need help with. I have 10 years of property management experience and a checklist to follow that should make things pretty straightforward.
Job Description:
I need someone to handle rental turnovers, handle maintenance issues as they arise, do bi-annual inspections (walk through units to make sure everything is ok), meet potential tenants for showings/tours, etc. There are currently only 4 houses I need help with right now but expect there to be 8 by late January.
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone with experience in property management or a licensed contractor with prior property management experience or familiar with real estate in general.
This will start off as a part time job. If there are no major issues we can move into full time.
