Maintenance Technician:
This position requires that you be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural facilities and grounds on the site.
Duties will include:
Complete all service requests in appropriate time frames according to need.
Maintaining grounds daily. Trash, litter and snow.
Rehab apartments for new move-ins.
Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies when you are on call.
Respond to snow and ice occurrences on any given day at any given hour.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Motivated and detailed oriented.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to respond to emergency situations. Day, Night, Weekends and Holidays.
