Do you have a love for smoked meats and barbecue?
We need to expand our kitchen/pit crew and are looking for hardworking, energetic, responsible & enthusiastic people who take pride in what they do. We are a locally owned and operated family barbecue restaurant and we want our guests to feel like they've walked into a backyard BBQ with great friends & family, and tremendous food.
Full-time and part-time hours available.
The Pit Crew is responsible for trimming & seasoning meats, cooking and smoking meat & sides, managing a pit load schedule, maintaining live fire pit temps, prepping & cooking sides, working indoor & outdoor, and assisting in other areas.
Some kitchen experience is a must and smokehouse/barbecue experience is helpful.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings.
