Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment Work with employees on the production floor to improve the overall manufacturing processes by implementing engineered solutions Provide support for operational and quality issues as required Assist team with identification of areas for improvement and suggests solutions Prepares standard reports/ documentation to communicate results of projectsQualifications Must be currently enrolled student Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required Demonstrate ownership of projects including acceptance of responsibility, pride in work performed, and willingness to learn Familiar with Microsoft Office software packageEligible to work 40 hours a week during your CO-OP semestersPreferred but Not Required Skills Experience with 2D/3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Statistical Analysis experience (MiniTab, JMP, RStudio) Mechanical skill set acquired by hobbies, clubs or past experiences Electrical skill set acquired by hobbies, clubs or past experiencesAvailability to work 40 hours per weekSaint-Gobain’s innovations touch almost every major industry around the world.
