As a Regional Sales Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in your assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in the industry and strong sales skills will contribute to the success of our business. The Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) is responsible for supporting our Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) and value-added resellers (VARs) in the Mid-West region, which include Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. This includes providing quotes for new and existing systems, system support and software upgrade renewals (SUSP), maintaining data integrity and reporting, creating sales collateral, and promoting new product introductions to LenelS2 customers.LenelS2 is a global leader in advanced security systems developing innovative solutions to protect buildings, people, and assets. Incorporating open architecture and third-party interfacing, LenelS2’s enterprise software manages multiple best-in-class systems to provide a single, seamless security solution for customers worldwide, including corporate and government segments. LenelS2 is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable, and high-performance buildings.You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work remotely. This role requires a combination of remote and on-site work, as you will be required to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by driving sales and expanding our customer base in the region. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $50,000 - $60,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $60,000-$70,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with teammates on all opportunities within specific territory and region as defined above

Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM)

Partner to execute on sales action plans to execute on company strategy effectively and efficiently

Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success

Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and business judgment

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Travel up to 45%

YOU MUST HAVE

3+ years of experience in sales or business development

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent relationship-building abilities

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Experience in the system security industry

Knowledge of softw3are-based products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills

Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and selling

Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

Ability to speak publicly
