In this role you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of project managers to ensure the successful planning and execution of all projects carried out at the site in support of site development.  You will engage with other STEP programme areas and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are identified and planned to meet overall programme requirements; you will ensure that all projects are executed within budget and on time in a safe and effective manner by applying best-in-class project management techniques; you will be part of the STEP Senior Leadership Team and will contribute to all initiatives and programme requirements. Additional Responsibilities: Ensure adequate resourcing for the site Project Management team, taking into account overall programme plans.  Provide effective leadership and management to ensure a competent, motivated and integrated team. Provide oversight, guidance and career development opportunities for project managers at the site. Be a member of the STEP Leadership Team and ensure effective communication with the site project team.
