Kringstad Ironworks Inc.is looking to hire 6 workers in the position of Piler Production Support Laborers .This is a temporary, full- time one time need position and we are looking to fill 6 job openings at 406 Tower Street, Park River ND 58270 with an anticipated start date of April 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2027.Duties: May perform a variety of functions such as drilling, grinding, wirebrushing, and air pneumatics with hands tools, etc. Lift, carry and hold steel materials, tool and supplies. Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas. Perform a variety of routine, non-machine tasks, such as sugar beet piler rubber belt assembly, and install plastics to the assemblies. Assemble gear boxes, chains, bearings and conveyor parts. Workers may spend time on one job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses to completion. Maintain a professional appearance. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.No degree. 6 months experience required. On-the-job training will be provided to the worker.Terms and Conditions of Employment: $18.75 per hour, at least 40 hours a week. Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at $28.13 per hour. Kringstad Ironworks Inc. will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The worker will be paid at least every two weeks. Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Employer guarantees to offer work for a total number of hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.Transportation: For H-2B workers, Kringstad Ironworks Inc.will provide or pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period consistent with 655.20(j)(l}(ii). The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. The amount for daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
