In this role, you will explore a wide range of issues, from consumer rights and scams to the everyday dealings Australians have with financial institutions, supermarkets, and other major industries.Key Responsibilities:Generate stories covering various aspects of the Australian consumer experience, including consumer rights, infringements, and the challenges consumers face in the modern economy.Dive into topics like scams, billing, and pricing issues across sectors like banking, insurance, and retail.Stay informed about the operations of companies and regulators, including ACCC, ASIC, and state consumer affairs departments.Dig into the issues to  write engaging articles that inform and empower consumersCollaborate closely with the business team to craft content that resonates with an audience concerned about their rights and experiences.Analyse industry trends and use audience analytics to drive subscription traffic.
