Restaurant Stocker - Eataly Flatiron

A Restaurant Stocker ensures all front-of-house restaurant supplies are ready for guests to use. A stocker is responsible for restocking items for service, facilitating transfers to and from the dishwashing station, keeping the restaurant station organized and workable during service. Reports to the Restaurant Service Leads and Restaurant Assistant General Managers.Stocks shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred suppliesPolishes all glassware and silverware to be used in the dining roomFolds napkins and makes extra place settingsTakes inventory of merchandise and identifies items to be reordered and replenishedFacilitates transfer of all dishware and glassware to and from the dishwashing stationPerforms other duties as required or assigned
