We are looking for an experienced rental real estate maintenance worker. Someone who has experience, painting, dry wall repair, texture, general knowledge of appliance troubleshooting, carpet repair/install, wood floor repair/install, general knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, overall general property maintenance.
We are looking to add to our team someone who is organized, works well with others, polite, has time management skills and is a self starter.
Salary is based upon skill set.
