Im looking for someone to manage 5-7 houses. Youd be hiring someone to do repairs as needed or do the repairs yourself (for additional pay), inspect the houses upon tenant move out, interview new tenants to fill the houses. Take calls from tenants with issues. This should be a 0-4 hour per month job if were handling things correctly. I can offer some training but ownership of a home is preferred so you know what it takes to handle issues that arise.
