Rosen's Inc., a family owned agricultural chemical distribution company, seeks a FULL TIME Warehouse Manager in Berthold, ND (Near Minot) to manage a wholesale ag chemical distribution warehouse.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the operations for this site in order to achieve key company objectives such as accuracy in shipment, receipt, inventory, staffing requirements and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Functions:

· Ensure safety and environmental compliance as well as compliance with federal and state laws.

· Maintain a safety-oriented, well-trained and capable staff.

· Responsible for day-to-day warehouse functions, and customer deliveries, including scheduling, inventory control, quality systems, process and procedure implementation, training and management.

· Verify that all correct procedures and customer specific instructions are being followed at all times.

· Keep an open dialogue with customers and improve satisfaction, increase morale, and maintain positive relationships.

· Schedule employees.

· Monitor monthly profits and efficiency, striving for continual improvement.

· Ensure CSA2010, North Dakota State Ag Department and State and Federal Department of Transportation rule compliance.

· Manage warehouse space for maximum storage capacity.

· Manage employees to improve teamwork, attitude and work performance.

· Ensure that all employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs and is kept current.

· Effectively communicate with external customers.

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· A self-starter with the capability of making sound, well thought out decisions.

· Ability to maintain a safe work environment. Experience with Hazmat guidelines, procedures and the handling of hazardous materials a plus.

· Ability to motivate and guide staff.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent communication skills/ability to interact professionally with customers and sales staff.

· Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screening.

Bachelors degree in agriculture, business, logistics management or other related field preferred, but we're willing to consider extensive related work experience.
