$5,000 Sign On Bonus!ResponsibilitiesCHI Minot Medical Plaza is looking for a Full Time RN to join the team!Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Clinic RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluatesindividual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures. The Clinic RN assistsphysicians in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledgepromoting patient wellness. The clinic RN maintains standards of the State Nurse Practice Act.What You'll Do:● Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for thepatient/family which promotes optimal patient outcomes.● Meets the educational needs of patient/family/co-workers utilizing principals ofteaching/learning.● Delegates nursing care based on knowledge of staff qualifications/competency and patientcare.● Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies as listed in the RN evaluationtool.● Ability to manage a busy practice in a professional manner. Work needs to be accurate andmust follow all required policies and agency regulations.● Ability to evaluate unexpected and critical situations. Weighs pertinent information and makesappropriate decisions with minimal assistance.QualificationsEducation: Registered nurse degree from an approved school of nursing.Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. CPRcertified.Experience: Minimum one year hospital or clinic nursing experience.Skills: Working knowledge of basic clinical skills in delivery of patient care.
