Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisor needed in automotive service department at busy GM dealership. Essential duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments for repairs, determining type of service required on vehicles, writing up repair orders in computer system, estimating costs of repairs, conferring with customers and advising them on care and maintenance of vehicles, telephoning customers to request permission to proceed with additional needed repairs, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
