Delivery Driver

The delivery driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of construction materials to predetermined customers and clients. Review orders before delivery to verify order accuracy, loading and unload trucks, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and assisting with basic shipping and receiving duties. RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct vehicle inspections before departing to deliver materialsPack and load construction materials on to trucks according to company specificationsUnload materials on site in designated areas specified by the customers/clientsDeliver to designated sites including: job sites, construction zones, drop off sites, and other Kendell facilitiesReview deliveries with customers to ensure materials/orders are accurate and not damagedMaintain communication between internal staff and customersCommunicate with internal and external staff to problem solve any discrepancies with shipmentsCommunicate schedules and delays to customer/clients and internal staffObtain delivery confirmations form each customer/client
