I have a farm & a small trucking company. I need someone who can do electrical to keep the lights going on trailers & can wire up switches for quick down valves & things of that nature. I need someone who will mount tires on trucks & will change brake pads & drums. If we have a coolant leak I need this individual to scope it out & if we’ve gotta take the radiator out then let’s do it. We are trying to do everything short of overhauling engines in house. The same goes for on the farm side.
This person needs to be self motivated & strive to have an organized work environment. This person needs to be reliable and be capable of working in a team environment. The goal is to keep the trucks moving. Wage offer dependent on experience. The individual I want doesn’t have to be a seasoned mechanic.
