Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role where your earning potential is unlimited! As a Sales Representative at Henry Building Systems, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Your goal is to promote and sell our building products, services, and solutions to a wide range of customers, including contractors, builders, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge: Learn and understand our building materials and solutions in-depth to present them effectively to clients.

Independence: Work remotely and manage your own schedule to achieve sales goals.

Advertising/Marketing: Utilize your advertising or marketing experience to promote Henry Building Systems' products and generate leads (if applicable).

Close Sales: Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using CRM tools.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, advertising, or a related field (commission-based sales experience a plus).

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive your own success without micromanagement.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and articulate product benefits persuasively.

Motivated by Earnings: Strong desire to earn based on performance with a "hunter" mentality in sales.

Fast Learner: Quick to understand product offerings and adapt to changes in the industry.

Advertising/Marketing Experience (optional): Experience in marketing or advertising is a bonus, as it can help drive sales and generate leads.
