Youll join our growing HR team and will be responsible for a variety of aspects of human resources, including coordinating with our recruiting department, leading onboarding, providing compassionate and empathetic support of employees, and assisting the HR and Safety team in a multitude of areas, including pay contracts, benefits, and retention. You will work with upper management and become the company go-to resource when it comes to new and existing team members.
