Seeking a Resident Property Manager to help oversee 24 units. Duties include coordinating maintenance repairs with tenants, showing units to prospective tenants, ensuring common areas are maintained, walking through each building on a weekly basis. Hours are flexible and can be done while working full or part-time. Good interpersonal skills required, maintenance/mechanical aptitude a plus.
