Job Description:This LPN works three 12 hour shifts weekly, 8 am to 8 pm. A minimum of every third weekend is required, Saturday 9a-5p and Sunday 12p-5, as well as a rotation of 2 holidays per year. Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory and/or home care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
