Role: Desk side Support/Network Analyst

Role Description: The

Desk side Support/Network Analyst must have at least 3-4 years of experience. This role will perform a mixed role of IT Network and End User Computing/Support.

Required Skillset: Experience in IT network support, voice system, PBX (Avaya), LAN, MPLS, VSATs, end-to-end TCP/IP operation and performance over a WAN, routing and IP addressing, security, firewalls, and VPN (IPSEC, SSL VPN, DMVPN). Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki Palo Alto, and/or Riverbed a plus Experience with service management (Incident, Request, Problem, Asset, SLA, Change) Working knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 carrier networks and networking protocols

Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems including voice and data network Deploy telecommunications services for production facilities, well pads, and onshore drilling rigs Provides advanced assistance in the troubleshooting and incident resolution process. Provides support to the IT Operations group and their service providers for critical and complex incidents and provides detailed problem analysis input to complete Root Cause Analysis. Troubleshoot and support desk side network issues and connectivity Escalate Service Request and Incident resolution from the First or Second Level Support via ServiceNow for the locations with North Dakota. Provide desktop/deskside managed service in locations within North Dakota Location Accepts and fulfill assigned Service Request and Incidents from ServiceNow for local desktops, laptops, and printers/plotters in scope Troubleshoot, install, configure, and support monitors in single and multiple set ups Escalate Service Request and Incident resolution from the First or Second Level Support via ServiceNow for the locations with North Dakota. Performs installation and troubleshooting of network hardware and connectivity. Provide laptop, desktop, tablet, telephony

Must Have Skills: Able to perform Laptop, Desktop IT support to end-users, should be able to work with Infra network devices like routers, switches, network traffic like QOS

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
