Monitor drug therapy and communicates findings and recommendations to appropriate professionals
Actively participate in renal dosing protocol
Accurately assess medication orders for appropriateness (dose, frequency, indication, drug-drug interactions)
Actively work to help direct nursing staff as to how to resolve problems/errors
Actively address & resolve items in Pharmacist work queue in Pharmacy Order Entry System
Actively participate in registering & following Clozapine patients Able to be scheduled for a shift in a pharmacy order entry area.
Actively participate in pharmacokinetic monitoring, anticoagulant management services, pain management, monitoring microbiology cultures, and IV to PO switch program
QualificationsRequired Education for Staff Job LevelsGraduate of a College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy.Required Licensure and CertificationsLicensed as a pharmacist in the State of North Dakota in good standing.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGood communication skills.
