Baranko Brothers, Inc., a well-established earthwork contractor based out of Dickinson, ND, is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Responsibilities
Safely operate and maintain a dozer to perform earthwork, grading, and excavation
Complete work orders and follow project specifications
Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order
Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
Work in various weather conditions and environments
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Dozer Operator with GPS
Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
Knowledge of grading and excavation techniques
Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and irregular hours as needed.
Perform other related duties as needed
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
