The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge or relevant experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Bring a Friend! For each installer you refer that gets hired, you will earn $500 after 6 months of their employment, and/or $200 per month for up to a year if you refer a foreman!
JOB DUTIES
Assist crew with removing old siding and installing new siding
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Some travel and overnight stays during the week are required
Willingness to learn new methods and techniques while working as a team
Other duties as assigned by Foreman
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Construction-related experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate!
Must be comfortable working at various heights on ladders, lifts, and planks
Must be comfortable with hand and power tools
Ability to commute to job sites as needed
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
