This job is located at our Main location at 1608 N. Welcoming members and guests with a warm smile, using their names, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.
Asking questions, using active listening and providing facility tours to help prospective members find the perfect membership and program options.
Building relationships with members, fostering connections within our YMCA community.
Utilizing our operations software for member check-ins, program and membership registration, and payment processing.
Staying knowledgeable about all YMCA and Family Wellness programs and services to assist members effectively.
Handling membership and safety concerns, addressing any issues promptly and appropriately.
Part Time Shifts Available:
Sunday, 8:45 am-2:00 pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 pm-11:30 pm
