Your Responsibilities Include:
Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated rental and customer requests (specialized equipment requests, receiving escalated customer complaints, and assisting in resolution)
Identifying customer needs to correctly recommend the right tool or equipment
Creating, modifying, and closing customer contracts accurately
Ongoing training and responsibilities to become a go-to resource for Rental Associates
Overseeing and maintaining a clean and organized yard (loading, unloading, and organizing rental equipment, etc.)
Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person
Instructing customers on tool and equipment safety, operation, loading, and unloading
Duties and responsibilities of Rental Associates
Opening and closing the store as assigned
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
Completing related tasks as assigned
Youll Need:
A valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
To be willing to work a rotating Saturday shift
Strong communication skills
Computer skills and to be willing to learn new software
To be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons

Mechanical aptitude
Previous experience operating equipment
Customer service experience
Tools and equipment knowledge
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 70 lbs.
