- Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, computer or management information systems, project management, business administration, or a closely related field, and four years of current and progressive related work experience that involved business process analysis, project plan development, group facilitation, project scheduling, and management of resources
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in another field and five years of current and progressive related work experience that involved business process analysis, project plan development, group facilitation, project scheduling, and management of resources
- Preference to candidates who hold the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or the PMI Scheduling Professional certification (PMI-SP)
- Project planning, executing, monitoring,controlling,reportingand leadership
- Coordination of people, processes,resources,and technologies as needed to deliver on-time and on-budget project results
- Facilitation ofprocurements, and negotiating and overseeing contract details
- Identify and resolveproject issues and conflicts
- Establish and manage project cost, schedule, budget, variance, and other reporting information in the state’sMicrosoft Project Online-based enterprise system
- Training users on the use of the Microsoft Project Online system
- Configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the Microsoft Project Online system
