People Experience (HR) Manager and Employee Relations Specialist - Europe

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager and Employee Relations Specialist to join our Global People Experience (HR) Consultant team with a remit across our European region. The team are ‘in-country’ ER specialists who partner with local leaders on their People Management topics, and work in collaboration with PX Centres of Excellence to deliver the PX functional strategy into the business, and the PX Business Partners to implement the Global Function People Strategy locally. The team are also responsible for local WC and Union relationship management. You will be responsible for supporting delivery of global employee related change projects and activities across the European region within the legislative framework. As a seasoned HR Manager and ER professional, you will draw on your varied experience in project management and delivery, consultation and conflict management, stakeholder management, governance and tracking, and Labor Relations.Summary of Key Responsibilities; Working in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure employee related change initiatives are understood in an HR setting ensuring compliance and adherence to policy, process and legislation within the region, while still meeting business needs. Leadership and collaboration with the wider People Experience Consultant team regarding change impact and compliance, collective bargaining agreements, and the legislative framework of the global team ‘Hands on’ in delivering our obligations with regards to collective and individual consultation are delivered and that effective consultation is carried out with employees, works councils, forums and other representative bodies in line with local legislation. Specific responsibility for managing the Dutch Works Council relationship.Create, develop and continually improve organisational change frameworks that can be used to consistently deliver agile, best practice people change Produce and analyse ER related data
