We are currently seeking subs for the following scopes:
✅ Deck Builders – Framing, composite decking (TimberTech/Trex), railings
✅ Framing Crews – Structural framing for decks and porches
✅ Roofers – Porch roof tie-ins, standing seam, asphalt, flashing
✅ Hardscapers – Paver patios, retaining walls, base prep
✅ Concrete Trades – Footings, flatwork, pads, finish work
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in your trade
Licensed and insured
Ability to read plans and follow specs
Must have your own tools, equipment, and transportation
Professional attitude, clean job site practices
