Real Estate agents needed to co-broke showing rental listings in the THOMASVILLE area.
We are a Florida real estate company who has a listing agreement with a large rental company in North and South Carolina.
Responsibilities include:
Listing the home on your MLS system.
Placing a lock box (that we provide) on the home.
Showing the home to leads. (We will handle phone calls and provide leads via email and text).
One agent might be assigned 5-20 homes in the same neighborhood possibly on the same street! Most homes are less than 3 years old.
We will pay a $50 assignment fee per home you list on MLS for us as well as a $250 lease fee (should you lease the home).
If another agent leases the home, you will still receive $50 for the MLS listing and lock box placement, however, the leasing agent will receive the $200 lease fee.
