Job description:
We are looking for a Property Manager to handle the oversight of a property in downtown Clemmons, NC. The initial position will be part-time (20 hours a week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as other properties are acquired. We are specifically looking for someone who is ready to manage their own property. The duties of this position include leasing, collections, management, and maintenance coordination for the property. Once full time, our managers work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday either 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. Experience is required; 3 years as a current Property manager or 5 years of property management experience.
